God is three in one: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is the all powerful Creator, loving Provider, and righteous Judge.
The Holy Spirit guides and gifts believers for life and service in God's Kingdom.
The Bible is God's divinely inspired, authoritative Word. It is our Guide for the pattern of the church and Christian life, as well as God's saving truth.
The worldwide and local church includes all who live in a covenant relationship with God, through Jesus Christ.
The Mission at Prairieland Christian Church is
- To worship God.
- To share Christ's love.
- To equip believers with
the truth of God's word.
Our desire is to be a growing family of believers reaching out to surrounding communities and rural areas by being a Christ-centered, spiritually based, regional church that provides all members with the opportunity to use their talents to accomplish our mission.
A covenant relationship is a contract between two or more people. Each person entering the contract has a responsibility in the fulfillment of the contract. If one person fails to uphold the contract it becomes void. God's part of the contract was to send His Son, Jesus Christ, to the earth to die for our sins. Our part of the contract is spelled out in Scripture. Therefore, if I'm to enter a covenant relationship with God, I must do my part. Listed below is man's part of the covenant.
Believe: Trusting the power and promises
of God the Father and Jesus, His Son.
(John 3:16, Galatians 2:16, Ephesians 2:8)

Live Faithfully: Living our lives
for God's glory every day.
(John 8:51, Hebrews 5:9, 1 John 3:24)
Receive the Holy Spirit: Accepting Jesus'
Spirit for guidance in life and the church.
(Galatians 5:22-25, 1 Corinthians 12:7)
Confess: Publicly pronouncing our faith in Christ.
(Romans 10:9, 2 Timothy 2:19)
Be Baptized: Being immerse in water, uniting
us in Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection.
(Romans 6:4, Colossians 2:12, 1 Peter 3:21)
Be Forgiven: God forgives our sins and
wants us to forgive those who sin against us.
(Matthew 6:14-15, Colossians 3:13)
Repent: Acknowledging that we are
sinners separated from God.
(Acts 2:38, Acts 3:19, Acts 20:21)
Jesus is God's one and only Son, born to Mary, a virgin. Jesus was crucified, died, buried, resurrected, and ascended to heaven so we might accept Him as our Lord and Savior. Jesus will return again to earth, as He promised.
